This project has been expanded and, through the national palliative care trainee collaborative, has been rolled out on a national scale. Data is currently being collected with analysis due to take place in the coming months.

A retrospective case note review
Aim:
To investigate how discussions surrounding DNACPR decisions have changed following the Tracey judgement and how ‘harm’ is being defined by clinicians working within specialist palliative care in a hospice setting and a generalist hospital setting.
